Wearable Tech is capturing the gadget market very fast. The Google Glass and smart-watches from various Tech giants Samsung, Pebble, Sony and the others are very popular in the gadgets’ market. Twitter must have thought they are behind in the gadget market, so lets launch a wearable tech gadget which will amaze all its user. And now, seems like Twitter is also taking part in the Wearable Tech competition.
Today Twitter pre-announced the Twitter Helmet™. Twitter Helmet™ gives experienced, fully immersive, staggeringly high-resolution wearable device that allows our users to interact with the world around them entirely via a custom aviary interface.
The helmet is created with an impact-resistant, oleophobic-treated glass. The wearer can tweet through a simple “pecking” head motion Twitter said that the product will be available to customers for purchase around mid-September 2014 for $139.99 (from Twitter) in retail.
Users can also purchase Twitter Helmet HD™ accessories including a hand-tooled leather case inspired by falconry hoods, feather-shaped Wi-Fi and cellular signal boosters, and a carbon fiber chinstrap with optional wattle-form factor microphone alone with the Twitter Helmet. But they’re optional.
The Twitter Helmet™ and accessories will be available at Twitter-branded stores, opening across the world this fall.
