The Gionee Elife S5.5, measuring just 5.5 mm thin, is the world’s thinnest smartphone. The device has a 5 inch display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad core processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The phone runs on the Amigo v.2.0, which is based on the Android v4.2.
The Gionee Elife S5.5 is equipped with a massive 13 MP rear facing camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The phone has a 2300 mAh battery, which the company claims would last an entire day on a single charge. The handset is priced at Rs. 22,999 and would be available staring from April 27.
